Introduction to Hydroponics STEM Teacher Training

Green Our Planet and DRI Present K-12 STEM Teacher Training.

On Saturday, March 2, 2024, DRI Science Alive is teaming up with Green Our Planet to offer Introduction to Hydroponics training to K-Gr. 12 STEM Teachers in the STEM Co-Lab on our Las Vegas Campus.

Join us to learn about:

  • The basics of hydroponics such as germinating seeds, transplanting seedlings, mixing nutrient solution, and programming lights.
  • Building, assembling, and operating hydroponic systems.
  • How to integrate hydroponics into your classroom through STEM, conservation, health, and financial literacy lessons.
