Nevada Robotics at the 8th Brigade Aerial Drone Competition

IDEALS: Integrating Drone Education + Learning Statewide with an image of drones in an obstacle course.

Nevada Robotics will be on hand to judge and referee at the 8th Brigade Tournament at the Grand Sierra Resort on Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14, 2026. This is an all-Army tournament with 60 teams from all over the West Coast and Pacific Islands.

  • Location:  2500 E 2nd St,. Reno, NV 89595
  • The closest parking to the venue is near the driving range (mini-lake), which is closest to Mill St.
  • Once parked, look for the covered walkway running alongside the pool area
  • Go up one floor towards the bowling center
  • The event is in the Summit Pavillion room across from the bowling center
