Diversity Equity and Inclusion

Diversity, in all its forms, is critical to advancing our understanding of the environment and collaboratively building solutions that allow science to more effectively serve our planet. Expanding the STEM pipeline to more intentionally include scientists who possess diverse backgrounds and perspectives as well as collaborating with the many constituencies who are impacted by climate change is imperative to moving the needle on this important work.  Learn more about some of DRI’s initiatives to expand diversity, equity, and inclusion in our work.
