The 2012 WIDA Workshop is an occasion for operational users and technical developers of environmental Tactical Decision Aids (TDAs) to exchange information about requirements and advances in the area of weather support for the operation of electromagnetic systems.

The emphasis is on workshopping, with active participation by attendees both in the briefing sessions and in the poster display sessions. The workshop will review the advances and changes from last year, summarize the workshop briefings and discussions, and review plans and thoughts for the future. In particular, this year’s theme "TDAs for Unmanned and Autonomous Vehicles" should be considered in conjunction with the advances made toward the goal of integrating users and data suppliers’ information requirements.
