Professional Interests

Mr. Bacon is a geologist specializing in field investigations associated with the application of basic and applied research in Quaternary geology, geomorphology, and engineering geology related to terrain characterization, landscape evolution, paleoclimate studies, and geologic hazards. His current research focuses on characterizing desert terrains using geomorphology and soils within the southwestern United States, Israel, and other deserts of the World.
