One of the deliverables promised by the Nevada Renewable Energy Consortium (NVREC) is to establish a database of renewable energy interest and expertise throughout the NSHE. In the past, private sector renewable energy companies, public officials, as well as researchers within and outside of Nevada, have complained that it is difficult to locate where renewable energy expertise resides within NSHE. Thus, NVREC is establishing a searchable database that will be featured on this website that will serve as a portal for potential research/commercialization partners, students, public officials, and the general public.
