1.0 Objective: The objective of this statement of work is to provide technical support to S.M. Stoller and the DOE Office of Legacy Management (LM) for the Nevada Off sites. This support will include engineering studies, radioactive transport modeling, compliance support, and community outreach assistance. 2.0 Scope DRI, hereinafter referred to as the subcontractor, shall provide essential technical engineering and development services to S. M. Stoller Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, in the technical areas of environment, health, environmental restoration, engineering, chemistry, hydrology, geology, soil science, radiological sciences, environmental transport modeling, development and testing, compliance document support, and community and stakeholder outreach. DRI shall conduct its activities for Stoller in accordance with and in support of, applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as applicable DOE directives. DRI shall develop all deliverables including models using all available information. All deliverables shall undergo appropriate Safeguard and Security reviews by derivative classifiers and incorporate their comments prior to distribution to the Contractor, regulators or stakeholders. General monthly technical status reports with a cost breakdown of hours expended and associated costs shall serve as the monthly administrative deliverable. Technical deliverables should be noted in the monthly report at their respective 25%, 50%, and 75% complete timelines. General support that includes administrative, baseline planning, QA, security, contracts, and records management support shall be combined in a cross-cutting task for all site support. It is assumed that health and safety and IT requirements will be confined to the level supported by subcontractor overhead. Separate technical tasks shall be developed from the LM baseline, scheduled regulatory deliverables and the DRI schedule and managed through contract modifications as the need arises.
