Project Description

The Portable Remote Imaging Spectrometer (PRISM) is an airborne instrument currently preparing for its first flight on board NASA Glenn Research Center's (GRC) Twin Otter aircraft. There is a need for an experienced engineer to interface with the GRC personnel to guide the instrument through its certification and aircraft installation phases, and then accompany the instrument on its first two flights to identify and resolve any potential installation or other problems related with aircraft operation.
