PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS: A trained chemical engineer, Sarath's research interests follow from his thesis on the Impact of Asian Megacity Emissions at a local, regional and global level. After working for 5 years with the World Bank on air quality and climate change issues, he is now based in New Delhi, India as an independent researcher.
