PROFESSIONAL INTEREST:

David is currently working in conjunction with Scripps Institution of Oceanography, California Energy Commission, California Cooperative Snow Survey, National Park Service, University of California-White Mountain Research Station, and the Central Sierra Snow Laboratory on climate monitoring programs throughout the western United States.

Additionally, David is currently a member of the NOAA Historical Climatology Network - Modernization (HCN-M) Project Team. The HCN-M Project will modernize 1,000 of the 1,221 HCN climate stations nationwide.
