Professional Interests

Ms. Holz is a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) whose research focuses on prehistoric archaeology, and the analysis of human skeletal remains and faunal remains from archaeological sites. She has experience as a crew chief in excavations, survey and data recovery projects in Colorado, California, Nevada, and Peru.

Research Areas

Research interests are focused on the analysis of human skeletal remains from southern coastal sites in Peru. Specifically, evidence of paleopathologies on bone and their associations with diet and disease.
